2. Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Printify uses multiple printing partners.
If your order contains different products, they may be shipped separately.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking link.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Because products are custom-made, we only replace items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective.
5. My item arrived damaged—what do I do?

6. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Printify handles worldwide shipping. Customs fees may apply depending on your country.
8. What if my package is stuck in transit?
Shipping delays sometimes happen.
If your order appears stuck for more than 10 business days, email us and we’ll assist.
