Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! All products in our store are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify, a print-on-demand network. Please read our shipping information below.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Because our products are printed individually after each order is placed, processing times may vary slightly depending on product type and print provider workload.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Typical delivery times after fulfillment are:

  • United States: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 4–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Note: Some orders may arrive in multiple packages due to products being printed at different Printify facilities.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination.
Printify uses multiple print providers, so rates may differ between items.


International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship worldwide. However:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.


Order Tracking

Most orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
If tracking is unavailable for your region, we will still provide updates through your order status page.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, delayed significantly, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@faithmodestore.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with Printify to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.


Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update an address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


Multiple Packages

Because Printify uses a network of print providers, items may come from different locations.
This means your order might arrive in separate packages, even if purchased together.
