Returns & Refund Policy

Because our products are made-to-order through Printify, we do not hold inventory or accept traditional returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to make things right.


Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

Please contact us at contact@faithmodestore.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the problem

Once Printify reviews the case, a replacement or refund will be issued.


Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse

Because each product is custom-made for you, we cannot offer returns or replacements for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Disliking the color or design

  • Minor variations in print placement or color

We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering.


Lost or Never Received Orders

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@faithmodestore.com. We will work with Printify to investigate and replace your order if necessary.

Lost orders due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Since items go into production quickly, cancellations after this window are not always possible.


Refund Exceptions

We cannot offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Delivery refusal

  • Items not returned due to customs fees

  • Items damaged after delivery
